Project Description

Program Overview:
“Time, you old gypsy man, will you not stay, put up your caravan just for one day?” (Ralph
Hodgson, an English poet). The wise people of the world always say, “Time and tide waits
for none!” “Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of
hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa,
Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.” —H. Jackson Brown, author of
Life’s Little Instruction Book. We all agree that time is money. Every second counts in
business, social and political life. The frequency of success fluctuates depending on how
effectively and efficiently the professionals manage and use their stipulated time. Can a
professional every time say? , “Let by gones, be by gones.” Or “Let it go at that” defying the
importance of time-one of the most precious elements of success. The good news is that we
can manage and use time productively and turn the opportunities of every moment we come
across in to business assets if we use the KEY.
Time management is a part and parcel of effective leadership for efficient management. We
can turn every moment in to a golden moment if we know the KEY. The key is ‘Effective
Time Management: The Key to Productivity and Success’. This is a ‘science’ we’re talking
about which starts only with human mind-set!
This is a fun learning experience for any professional where she/he discovers her/his
SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis elaborately to define or
redefine the process of effective time management for his organization to aim at something
MORE!!!
