- Deliver SLSD workshops in leadership, communication, sales or customer service
- Adapt content and case studies to client needs
- Prepare participant feedback and post-training reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of corporate or training experience
- Excellent facilitation skills in English and Bangla
- Training-of-trainers or coaching certification is an advantage

- Plan and coordinate public workshops and in-house programs
- Liaise with clients, trainers and venues
- Manage registrations, materials and certificates

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
- 1–3 years in event, training or project coordination
- Strong organisation and communication skills; MS Office proficiency

- Identify and approach organizations that need people development
- Prepare proposals and follow up with HR and L&D leaders
- Maintain the client database and pipeline

- Bachelor's or MBA
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably training or HR services
- Confident presenter and negotiator

- Support events of the English Club, Career Skills Club or Women Empowerment Club
- Help with social media, registration and logistics
- Gain leadership experience and a volunteer certificate
